The Salad Bistro

George had a very good idea about a Salad & Pizza concept. We helped him secure a location to fit his budget. We designed the space to fit his concept to allow for a comfortable flow for service. The space included designing a ramp for the restroom & placing the kitchen area on a higher platform to accommodate for the existing sewer lines. The design gave it a elevation element which was fit to his needs.
