This is not a restaurant but a Doggy Day Care sort of setting near one of the restaurant project we were working on. John & April have a nice concept that we felt attracted to take on. This would need some noise engineer apparently to proceed thru. Design this, Engineer that, Build what? a doggy day care and stuff.
