Byblos Bakery

The Health Department couldn't locate Avo's drawings for his new Bakery venture. We drew out the existing area, accommodated a bit to fit his new flow & had plans ready for Health before their next visit. Meanwhile we are upgrading his hood / equipment needs to allow new items for his menu.
