Gustavo wanted to move his existing restaurant to the new smaller location. We designed to convert a Red Brick Pizza to the proposed new spot. We utilize all existing features to make it cost effective & allowed most of the budget to be spent on the New 750 gal Grease Interceptor required by city waste management regulations.
