Cool Challenging Project to take over, just as we like it . . . Strict Design / Build / Eat style tkaing into account all elevation differences, historical elements of old structure & misc, occupancy proper presentations for lack of over design & possibly a COOL ASS OUTSIDE PATIO BAR set up. We will be working along side Common Standard as the interior designer on this one as well. We will try to set another records on this one on fast & very accurate design for permitting.
